Orders are generally dispatched Monday to Wednesday via Australia Post Express Post to minimise the time plants spend in transit.

Due to Australian biosecurity and quarantine regulations, we are currently unable to send live plants to these states and territories.

We will do our best to accommodate requests where possible; however, dispatch dates are determined by weather conditions, plant readiness and the health of the plants.

Yes. Local collection from Cudal or Orange, NSW is available by arrangement.

Our seedlings are either grown from premium seed sourced from reputable suppliers or grown on from professionally propagated seedling plugs sourced from Ball Australia and other trusted commercial propagators.

While we use Australia Post Express Post to minimise delivery times, delays occasionally occur. Please contact us if your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe and we will assist where we can.

We guarantee that all plants leave our farm healthy and in good condition. Once they leave our care, their ongoing performance depends on growing conditions and plant care.

We hold our sale in September or October each year when the tubers are beginning to wake up and when planting time is upcoming. Tubers are only sold once they have visible eyes. The sale will be announced first to subscribers to the website and Avlon Farm Flowers instagram account. Normally I then post it on social groups for wider access.
